13 Project Coordinators from Elangeni FET College (Head Office ) attended Project Management -Book of Knowledge workshop facilitated by Phendula Training and Consulting. This was the 3rd training that we had to offer to the FET since September 2013.

The delegates were excited about the training saying it’s long overdue since they develop and manage project as their job descriptions. The examples ; questions ; discussions and debates were drawn from what those managers do constanstly.

Phendula also gained a lot of information and experience through the 3 days. The hotel environment provided the conducive for teaching and learning. We humbly appreciate the opportunity that Elangeni FET College has provided Phendula thus far. The 3rd day was fun filled with presentations by teams who had been asked to design and present their own projects.

The teams participated with excitement evidenced in their creativity.

The workshop ended on a key note when delegates received their Certificates of Attendance.
