FP&M SETA confirmed Phendula Accreditation on Shoe Manufacturing Processes NQF Level 2, 58227 with 120 credits till 2018. As per the 2014 Phendula Strategic Planning, we had planned to expand our scope of SETA Accreditation beyond Service SETA. The process began at the beginning of the year.
We needed to find the FP&M Assessors and Moderators and sign with them the MoUs, which was done within 4 months from the start of the project. Then we had to forge a relationship with the Shoe Manufacturer who would support Phendula learners for Practical Lessons and Experiment as per FP&M requirement for accreditation.
All the requirements were met and we submitted and got the much needed accreditation.
