NDA Mentorship on 30 NPOs around KZN. The programme was outbound, Phendula mentors had to do site visits for all listed NPOs verifying their existence, evaluating their operations, doing needs analysis as per pre-determined core areas which were Financial Management; Operations; Fundraising and Resources; Compliance.

6 Mentors were allocated each having 5 NPOs to visit three (3) times. Most of the visited NPOs had been trained in the mentioned core areas.
