The client had problems with staff conflicts and did the investigation, they discovered that some of their employees had poor interpersonal skills, they also lacked Office etiquette.

Then the Adapt IT HR Department requested Phendula that develop and deliver the training that would seek to reduce the problems they were experiencing.

We also included Stress Management as an added topic since we believed that some of the staff behaviour might be caused by the level of stress at workplace or home.

During the training, all participants insisted that that kind of training was long overdue and they were making mistakes without even knowing. Delegates also hoped that more colleagues could get this kind of training. Feedback was all positive with participants suggesting that some of the issues needed to be included in the Code of Conduct for Employees.
